Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

Living in a world that isn’t built around neurodivergent ways of being can take a quiet, heavy toll.

You may feel deeply exhausted from navigating environments that don’t accommodate your needs, or from trying to meet expectations that were never made for you. In our space together, you don’t need to perform, adapt, or change how you show up.

You are welcome to simply be yourself, at your own pace.

Whether you are autistic, ADHD, combined, or exploring self-identification, our work is led by you and held with total respect for your lived experience.

Realising you are neurodivergent later in life often brings a soft mix of relief, clarity, and quiet reflection.

It can feel like looking back over your story through a gentler lens, finally understanding why certain environments were so overwhelming, why masking took so much energy, and where you may have had to set your own needs aside.

Together, we can take things softly. We can untangle old, unfair beliefs about yourself, gently lay down the weight of masking, and support you in shaping a life that honours your needs and respects your boundaries.
