Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a type of psychotherapy which combines hypnosis, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and solution focused brief therapy. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is the most advanced and well-researched type of hypnotherapy available today. It is fully grounded in the most recent Neuroscientific research, which is the study of the human brain and nervous system. A large and committed research programme supports this approach.
