Areas I cover
My therapy room is in Hyde, on the first floor of Valli Opticians, 88 Market Street, SK14 1ES. It’s a calm, private space, and many clients travel in from the surrounding towns and villages.
If travelling isn’t easy, or you’d simply prefer to stay at home, I also offer sessions online or by telephone, so where you live needn’t be a barrier.

Online and telephone sessions
Online sessions work well for people further afield, including Bramhall, Poynton, Disley, High Lane, Wilmslow and the wider Cheshire area, as well as anywhere else in the UK. Many people find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own home.
Getting here
The nearest public car park is behind the building on Croft Street; the postcode is SK14 1LH. This is a chargeable pay-and-display.
Alternatively, according to Tameside Council, parking just further up on Chapel Street (SK14 1LF) is free for two hours with a ticket on display; more information can be found here: Car parking facilities in Tameside – Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council
Not sure if it’s practical for you?
We can talk through what would work best on your free 20-minute call, whether that’s coming to the therapy room, meeting online, or a mixture of both.
