When we experience anger our body releases adrenaline and stress hormones, gearing up for fight or flight. While some people quickly overcome anger, others struggle to control it. Poor anger management can lead to mental and physical health issues, affecting relationships, work, and self-esteem

Anger isn’t solely mental; it triggers physical responses, such as a faster heartbeat, chest tightness, increased body temperature, tension, irritability, humiliation, shouting, confrontations, self-harm, and resentment.
